as an intermediary and does not offer consultation or advice directly.
- Expert
Advice or Consultation Disclaimer: SkillYatri does not directly provide
advice or consultation of any kind, including medical, legal, financial,
self-therapy, or other specialized fields. All advice or consultations are
offered by independent third-party experts across various categories.
Users are responsible for verifying these experts and making their own
informed decisions. SkillYatri does not guarantee the accuracy, validity,
or outcomes of any advice or consultation provided and disclaims any liability
for consequences resulting from the use of such advice or consultation.
- Expert
Registration & Compliance: Experts must provide valid
professional qualifications and registrations as per applicable law.
SkillYatri does not independently verify credentials.
- No Emergency Services: SkillYatri is not intended for emergency
situations. For emergencies, contact local authorities or appropriate emergency
services immediately.
- User
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of
a legal guardian to use this app.

- Live Sessions and
Communication Disclaimer: Users acknowledge that Live sessions (streams,
Q&A) are primarily for general educational/awareness purposes only and do
not constitute advice or consultation. Any information shared by the User in
public Live Sessions is not confidential, and SkillYatri is not responsible for
its privacy. Furthermore, Experts participating in Live Sessions warrant that
their conduct and communication strictly comply with their respective
professional bodies' rules (e.g., Telemedicine Guidelines, BCI rules against soliciting/advertising).
- Intellectual
Property: All SkillYatri content and branding are owned by the
company and protected by applicable laws.
- Privacy

handling. By using the app, you consent to data collection and processing

- Termination: We
reserve the right to suspend or terminate your app access for any breach
